I was starting to suffer shortness of breath, my teeth were in a bad way, my oldest kept begging me to quit and I was really ashamed to be a smoker, hated stinking soo much. Vanity aswell, noticed I started getting a few wrinkles, yellow teeth, hair wasn't in great condition, yellow fingers, coughing.

How did you first feel after the ball op first removal of bandages, how long were you in hospital for, how did mrs sarge cope through it all, did you become closer after it or just the same ( sorry if too personal ignore x)

Yeah Sarge good man for doing this ;) Who was your first crush? How many brothers, sisters do you have, are you close? What was the best holiday you went on? When did you start gardening? What famous person would you want to sleep with? Did you go to college? Did you like school, were you studious or sporty? Did you win any medals or trophies in school?

Would anybody be interested in getting to know everyone better, each day or so a member would be picked/interagated lol ( if they want to) and we can all ask them any questions about themselves and they answer them for a day or could be a few days on the same member so everyone gets to ask something then on to the next member, could do it in off the record if people preferred. Again just an idea, I'm sure people have stuff they would love to know about another member. Anyways anybody wanna do it????? Can put everyone's name down on a list that would be up for it, so they would know when they would be coming up next, i did this before and it was a week on each member but wouldn't need to do that long.

I think we need jimbob to get someone to film him driving his bus, I wanna watch you in action (don't mean in Ross aka Action) That would be cool ;)

Oh god Paul that is heart breaking, soo sorry to hear this, I hope he didn't suffer too much in the end, it's a cruel illness, hope you are ok and he would be soo proud that you are still quit, carry that quit in his honour aswell as for you x

My friend tried to quit last saturday, she smoked that night cos it was too hard but she is only smoking a few everyday now so it's ok! And my neighbour is a heart attack waiting to happen, she is severely over weight, eats pure crap and smokes like a chimney, she is 42 but she says she doesn't need to quit smoking cos her parents smoke and are still alive and well so if they can do it so can she, Now her mother smoked when pregnant with her and she has been smoking since she was 12, her parents smoked everywhere, house, car etc so really you could say she has smoked for over 40 years. She is driving me bonkers with her attitude, she smokes in the house when her son is in bed cos apparently the smoke doesn't rise upstairs :O, she does send him down to her house from mine to get her smokes for her. Total denial, she really believes cos her 60ish year old parents don't have illnesses YET then she will be fine, even though she literally can not walk around the block without stopping and having severe shortness of breath and then giving up and going home
