  2. 5 days into my QUIT! I know I CAN!
  3. Nope for me ya'll . Have a good day.
  4. I only use it in conjunction with this:
  5. I'm in a tough spot here folks. My gifs don't work anymore and now I'm having difficulty posting memes as well. Perhaps I've become too dependent on gifs and memes in my posting. So now may be the time to make a clean break. However, I do worry that I may not be able to sufficiently communicate my know-it-all and smartass ways using only the written word. I found quitting smoking easier than expected. I'm worried that withdrawal from goofy internet stuff may prove more difficult.
  6. Yes you can.. you did the last 5 days and will do it tommorow!!!! I dont know about you but somedays I have good days and then some days like today is rough as heck! But with this kind of support, it makes it so much worth it

  13. Yeah I once did a total sugar detox for about 6 weeks, it was much worse than quitting smoking! Sugar is more addictive than cocaine! I really hate the diet stuff, pure poison in a bottle! should come with a skull and cross bones on the label. Be careful of all subjects it can make your eyes squint
  14. I know a young lady...who drank that much cola ,she had lost ALL her teeth ,by the time she was 28.... I never touch the stuff....and never allowed my little people to drink it... If it can clean a dirty toilet ...can you imagine ,what but does to your stomach.... Now masterbating ......................................
  15. Thanks so much guys, its much easier now that i have Quittrain I cant believe I'm really doing it!!!!
  16. Looks like she's enjoying that a little too much
  17. I know the first thing everyone thought of was masturbation. But no, that is not it. And in light of this board, everyone's second thought was smoking. Well yeah but that isn't the one I am talking about here. Living on one's cell phone? Mostly the millenials. Anything to keep them out of our hair. So anyways, this hoooooorrrrible addiction out there is - Pepsi. Yes. It IS an addiction. through some independent scientific research, I figured it out. My first experiment was going to involve giving my dog pepsi to drink but it seems animals are not so interested in acidic fluids. So, I had to try it for myself. I used to go through three to six cans of pepsi each day. Well, about the time I got sick the week of Thanksgiving, everything started tasting different, many things were gross, including sodas. So, much like how I gave up smoking (when I was sick the first week of october) I figured this would be a golden opportunity to stop drinking sodas. BUT, sure as shit stinks, about the time the third week hit, I was craving my Pepsi like hell. So I bought some, figuring an 8 pack of 12 oz bottles should last at least a week. It lasted three days. But that is OK. I have more in the car that i am too lazy to bring in the house. I tell ya, I was able to beat smoking but my addiction to Pepsi is so much stronger. I had the same thoughts and feelings about wanting a pepsi as i did a cigarette. BUT, I didn't and won't give in to the smoking crave. One cause it is not as strong and also cause I would regret it instantly. Yeah, soda really is addictive. But at least it won't kill us as fast. Besides it is like screw it, I ain't giving up ALL my demons just to live a little longer. My lungs are clearing, what more does my body want? So by now, I imagine some of the sticks are still thinking about masturbation. That is OK, I am not going to duck out without giving you something to go on. Something sexy to look at. You might be thinking, "I could not do that because it would be so good that I would have a smoking relapse after!" Well, anyways, here is a picture for you to enjoy. Honey boo boos mom.
  18. OK so I know your 7 month anniversary isn't until Dec. 20th but we have another milestone to mark tomorrow as well and I want everyone's accomplishments to get the attention they so rightly deserve! Congrats Peace Train on 7 months smoke free. That's amazing. Just like The Little Engine That Could, you thought you could and now you're over the half way hump and rollin' toward that Lido Deck And, all the while helping out others who are trying to find their way too. That's something to be proud of!

  30. Spanking you while you sleep - how's that??
  31. I will keep watching this. Thank you.
  32. Awesome piece of writing, I have sometimes those voices that romantise cigarettes and I always use common sense to explain no I can't smoke one, it's junkie thinking and I'm not going to reply wit lighting up one. Even when I read the article I felt romance coming up. I just say NOPE I don't NEED a cig, I don't like a cig and it's awful. NOPE.
  33. This is a wonderful post Chrysalis. I struggled like you did at certain times of my quit but when you hit that point where it becomes a vague, fleeting and easily dismissed thought THAT is a true "a-h-h-h-h-h-h" moment of satisfaction.
