  17. @SD2026 I think the lip balm is brilliant! That completes the hand to mouth circle! I love these ideas and hope other people find out about them so they can use them too!

  19. Thanks @Kimberbee! The extra 2 weeks are important so glad you added them! I'm still using hand cream lots plus added lip balm to the mix, just to spice it up a bit I guess

  23. Congratulations @SD2026 on your 1 month and two weeks quit! (I'm late in reading this post so I added the two weeks! ) I like your idea about using hand cream to help with the hand to mouth habit! I think it's a lovely idea to have soft hands that smell pretty instead of like cigarettes!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
