Congratulations @SD2026 on 1 month smoke free! The most difficult month in the quit, IMO. You are doing really well and should be proud of yourself. Stay close to this forum and you will make it to the Lido deck before you know it. Onward to month 2.

Congratulations on reaching 3 months smoke free @GonSo! You're doing great and you must be proud to have reached this milestone! I'm with you on thinking the mornings would be more difficult but turns out it's the evenings! Keep being strong and before you know it you'll be celebrating your next milestone!

Thanks!! Yes, 3 months already! Still having tough days, or better said, tough evenings. Other moments get me by surprise and I find that sometimes hard. The early days it was more or less a given that cravings were there almost the entire day. Before I quit I thought that getting up in the morning would be the hardest as I had to smoke three cigarettes before I was truly awake. Surprisingly it is not; evenings are. Tired of that, to be honest. I had one smoking dream couple of weeks ago. In that dream I did not smoke but was fighting cravings that were so bad and I was so tempted to smoke. Horrible. On to month 4!!
