  10. Thanks All! I appreciate the great support on this site from you all. Other positives are I'm using hand cream like it's going out of fashion to aid the hand to mouth habit, so my hands are super soft lol

  17. That's the worst of quitting done & dusted! 1 whole month smoke free is a huge step forward toward a life time of smoke-free living! You've developed a nice tool kit of quitting tools to fight the sneaky nico demon when he comes calling and trying to get you to abandon your fight. Use every tool in your tool kit to fight for your freedom. You have so much invested and by now you know you CAN make it! Congrats and treat yourself with something very nice to mark this important milestone
