  13. One month and fourteen days is truly awesome since the early days are the hardest. Yes, never look back cause you are no longer going that way. Keep it up one day, one week, at a time ... .

  19. G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever.
  20. well smoked forever, I dont' even want to add up the years as I feel it is so embarrassing to me, I don't even want to know. All I want to know is the years free of it or rather at this time the months, which I'm at 1 month and 14 day wooooo hoooooo. I have tried quitting and thought about quitting a bunch of times before, but this time is really different, I am doing it, it has been the longest ever quit for me and I can't go back not ever, nope will not !! Oh so yes Minnie I went cold turkey, I thought about the gums and the patches and all that and thought for me it would be a crutch I didn't want. So thanks all for the inspiration, I feel better each day and feel more and more able to stay this way. woooohooo
  21. Your both on the right track! QuittingGirl has good advice. Stay strong and post if need be. We`ve all been through this and stay close to the site if you need help. Best wishes to you both.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
