  14. Confession: After bawling my eye's out to Jillars blog post from the grave I have re-read this entire thread. Conclusions, we are a bunch of funny fuckers AND there is something deeply wrong with me but I don't think its evil. Confession: i wonder if @Paul723 ever found My Kitchen Rules

  17. Congratulations on one month nicotine free! Hope all will ease up a bit in the 2nd month.
  18. That is a nice goal to be nicotine free at the birthday of your niece!. But it is far away. Take quitting day by day. Or if necessary hour by hour. Understand that how you feel the first days of your quit is only temporary. The longer without nicotine the better you feel!
  19. I am not going to smoke today. NOPE.

  21. 7 months is amazing! @GonSo You're creeping to the 1 year! Well done and keep it up!
  22. Congrats @SD2026! Five months is major… you’ve built some strong quitting muscles and laid a great foundation for your Forever Quit. It’s been wonderful to have you in this community. You deserve a pat on the back!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
