  4. Congratulations on reaching 3 months smoke free @GonSo! You're doing great and you must be proud to have reached this milestone! I'm with you on thinking the mornings would be more difficult but turns out it's the evenings! Keep being strong and before you know it you'll be celebrating your next milestone!

  7. Thanks!! Yes, 3 months already! Still having tough days, or better said, tough evenings. Other moments get me by surprise and I find that sometimes hard. The early days it was more or less a given that cravings were there almost the entire day. Before I quit I thought that getting up in the morning would be the hardest as I had to smoke three cigarettes before I was truly awake. Surprisingly it is not; evenings are. Tired of that, to be honest. I had one smoking dream couple of weeks ago. In that dream I did not smoke but was fighting cravings that were so bad and I was so tempted to smoke. Horrible. On to month 4!!
  8. Holy Cow!! 3 Months smoke free ... You can now start measuring your quit in fractions of a year. That's significant progress @GonSo

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
