  12. Sorry I missed your post last week but welcome or welcome back @Stewbum i'm sorry you relapsed and it takes courage to come back and start again so well done! I have seen you on the chicks v sticks thread messing it all up for us lol Just kidding! Anyway, stay strong!
  13. Well done on one month nicotine free @stzr500 and thanks for sharing your story. I have read that vaping is meant to be more difficult to quit. I'm glad it's getting a little better for you and please hang in here, it WILL be worth it!

  20. A belated Congratulations on an amazing 11 years smoke free @Patrick H What a fantastic achievement!!
  21. Thank you!! I can't believe I'm almost at half a year smoke free! I truly do believe this board has been, and still is a major help in keeping me on the straight and narrow, holding me accountable, so for that I'm very grateful for all the support. Looking back at my first 3 - 4 months to how I feel now at 5 months, there is a big difference! I feel stronger for sure and more confident I won't cave in. I did have a HUGE craving or maybe not a craving but a desire to smoke last week and it was STRONG lol It really took me off guard! However, I imagined going back to a life of smoking again and the feeling of failure and NOPE NOPE NOPE! So thank you all!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
