Thanks for the update @shy and I understand that you're angry at yourself that you didn't stop smoking a long time ago however you are commiting to do so now and that's what matters! When you feel like you're going to give in to a craving, I'd suggest reading your own words in your message. "I HAVE to do this now. I want a better quality of life" You do, and you deserve to! You can do it!

Day 5, morning. @Reciprocity Thank you! Yes, I'm very much looking forward to waking up and not thinking about having a smoke. That will be amazing!!! @DenaliBlues That octopus is so cuuuute! Made me smile. Thank you. It will be awesome when my life isn't controlled by cigarettes. I feel like I haven't been able to enjoy all the little moments because I've been too concerned about when and where I can have my next smoke. I'm so looking forward to freedom! I'm getting there one day at a time!
