  17. To help combat cravings and to keep myself distracted this Spring/Summer I'm going to introduce a very small but doable list of activities that I think I'll enjoy. The main goal is obviously to stop me dwelling on wanting to smoke and to push myself more physically now that my lungs should be up for it! Sooooo... I'm going to attempt to grow our own veg and herbs, increase outdoor exercise like joining a running club or something else, I'm not sure yet but it must be outdoors. and to finally agree to accompany my neighbour to do swimming fitness classes after months of saying maybe lol When out drinking/socialising I'm just going to have to do what I'm currently doing and that is to suck it up! Feel free to add any you may have or if not, I hope my tiny list may give you ideas and help you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
