    Hi @VeeVee Welcome to the Train. Yes, I found it difficult in the 4th month. The first year is the hardest IMO. Visit this site very often and read as much of the info as you can. It does get easier. Take it one day at a time, if you have to but being quit for 4 months is great! Good luck and I look forward to seeing you on here again.
