April 30, 20197 yr This is probably old news to some of you, particularly our British friends. I just heard of this guy. He's called "Wanksy" and presumably he lives in Manchester. His claim to fame is that he draws a dick and balls around potholes. This leads to two results: (1) People remember seeing the pothole and report it immediately and (2) The Council can't just come out and remove the graffiti without also fixing the pothole. It wouldn't be a good look and thus the potholes get fixed much quicker than normal. Not all heroes wear capes... Edited January 8, 20206 yr by Boo
