April 3, 201412 yr I went to bed last night happy that I'd completed my first week without a ciggie, but not sure if I was going to continue with qsmb for obvious reasons, woke up this morning and I'm transported to a place of calm and tranquility ... I'm truly amazed ... and truly grateful lol
