This is a great printable with wonderful advice. Especially this.. "You’ve made it this far, and you will make it through. You are stronger than you think." because it is true all day, every day.

The title of the post stopped our hearts and required a defibrillator for some of us.

This is good advice as there is always a reason being it physical or emotional to why you may feel vulnerable
