-4 Going pretty good. I had a minor slip and took a few puffs, kicked myself in the ass, and got back on my quit. That was about day 8 or so. Then a heavy crave when I stepped down to level 2 patches, but I got past that and am doing fine.

When you get off patches the craves will hit but will fade faster and come less often
