Congratulations @GonSo on 9 months smoke free!  You are doing so well and should treat yourself today! Getting very close to the Lido deck! Onward to 10 months.

Thanks!! It is going very well. Despite huge cravings today caused by my computer.

Have absolute no time to smoke with 11 kittens in the house.

Congrats @GonSo! Yeah, those cravings can still sneak up on us. But they no longer hold the power to derail your awesome quit!! Keep up the great quitting work… and fostering work, too. Those babies look small enough to need round the clock feedings!

9 Months quit! That's fabulous @GonSo!

You know how to manage those cravings now cuz that's part of the quitting tool box you've built over these last months. You're doing great just keep your eyes firmly on the prize!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
