NOPE!!

My husband and I went out for dinner tonight with another couple, and the wife smokes, so after we left the restaurant she lit one up.  I have to admit for a minute it did smell good, but then I forgot about it as we were walking back to the car.  I think I did good, what do you all think?

Gday

yep smells great that first puff of fresh smoke in the open air. I particularly like the taste of the match…. Yum.

But the taste  of the smoke after it’s gone through someone’s lung that’s not yum at all. I can only describe it as evil. I’ve been trapped in a car with someone smoking. I found I couldn’t breathe. Had to make them stop and bail out.
Made me think back to being a kid again. Made me catch my breath and chock

on the smoke. How the hell did I take up smoking I’ll never know. But I did. But now I don’t so glad I don’t put any kid through that I’m certain.

I remember having visitors in my house as a kid and being told to bring them an ash tray. I’m glad not to put any kid through that now!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
