I don't run  out of air when I'm on a walk

I don't feel guilty about a stinking nasty habit any longer

I don't have to plan my entire day around smoking!

I don't have to tell my kids I can't attend an overnight school event with them because the school wont let me smoke.

I don't have to clean my washing machine out because I left my cigs in my pocket.

I don't have to keep myself awake at night from worry and fear that I have lung or throat or tongue cancer,

I don't have the guilt and fear of my kids starting to smoke cos their mam did.

I don't have to stand a mile away from someone when talking to them.

I don't have to end meetings after 45 minutes because I am irritable and needing a cigarette.

 

I don't feel inferior to others because I can't control my nasty little habit.

Gosh! All of the above!

 

PLUS-- I don't have to watch any more scary, heartbreaking dying-from-cancer videos because I finally GOT IT!! I QUIT!!

 

Thank you Terry Hall and Yul Brenner and Gerry Collins and you other brave, selfless sufferers. I hope to never see you again.

I don't burn myself anymore. I can't tell you how many times I accidentally dropped a cigarette on myself and burned holes in my clothes and in my skin! So painful.

 

I don't have to miss out on valuable time with my family.

 

I don't have to make excuses or hide from people.

 

I can breathe without having to use my inhaler all the time.

I don't use money that was meant for bills to buy my fags anymore

I don't wheeze when lying down

I don't smell disgusting anymore (I love smelling my hair haha saddo that I am)

I can see the look of pride in my families face and see it in my own face xx
