Hello all... This is a picture of Doreen celebrating her 10month anniversary as a non smoker ...so lunch and a trip to the art gallery was much needed. This is a gnome made out of cigarettes made by a lady also giving up her fags !!! I would also like to take this unique opportunity to thank every single one of you amazing people for supporting my wonderful mum in her journey .. Which i totally understand is a very tough and slow journey..big big thanks Nicky x
