@Ray1198, the cravings are going to be horrible in the beginning, we aren't going to tell you that it won't. But, what we will tell you, is the longer you don't smoke, the less the cravings will become. We can promise you that! You have quit so many times and each time when you went back you had the horrible cravings! Quit now, don't go back and you won't ever get the cravings again!! Nobody was more addicted to cigs than I was, so if I can do it, anyone can!! Take my advice about the cinnamon sticks and visiting this board every day as well as every other person's advice on this forum! YOU CAN DO IT RAY!!! You really can!!!
