  2. Hey @Pedro For me it is simple and I "try" to keep it simple....... just don't smoke, not easy, but simple. Anything that might temp me, extra cigs/packs, lighters etc. I got rid of them to give myself the best chance for success.

  22. 6. A few years ago ..... afraid of hearing the bell at 2am .... meant I had to get up, go down stairs to let our German Shepherd out to do his business. When he swatted the bell across the family room floor meant I had to hurry. Jillar - I don't believe I met anyone afraid to sleep with their legs uncovered, that's another new one, still have to try the pretzels and cheese too.
