Wow. Fingers crossed that the worst is over. And it’s awesome to talk about our quits with pride! Gone are the days of looking at the floor sheepishly, evading the question, or trying to minimize how much we’re smoking. Proudly proclaiming our quits is another beautiful facet of nonsmoking freedom! -
This is a fantastic reminder of the slippery slope, @dvs51. One is too many and 10,000 is never enough. The ONLY thing smoking does for us is make us want to smoke more. Keep the quit!

Congrats on graduating to the decade club, Chris! That’s an amazing achievement. And thanks for the daily NOPEs and all of your support here on the Train. It’s helped me and many others defend our quits.
