I'm sitting behind my desk, crying - stopping myself to run downstairs to my smoking neighbour: I went from 40 cigarettes to zero today and I feel like I'm going crazy. Juice relieves it a bit but I'm posting an SOS BEFORE I smoke, instead of coming back later this evening confessing I smoked. Locked myself in with closed curtains --

I am craving big time and will not smoke but I also feel like eating 6 sandwiches or chocolat, or anything sweet with sugar... Feeling like robbing the candy section of the market. I know once I start sweets, it will only increase my cravings. Anyone with advice? I allowed myself to eat 3 times a day bread with low calory cheese, but right now....

Is good at motivating people, when they lack the NOPE attitude (thanks dude) Has a weird but good sense of humor, especially in these hard times he never drops his head on his chest!!! Speaks a native language, which not everyone is able to follow- you gotta learn a little Bakonish :P
