  8. Dammit Chris. At first the only redirection technique that I used was the forum. If I was having a moment I would jump on here and post, something. Not even necessarily and SOS either. I would post something whether it was a number in a game, a song, a picture, whatever. The interaction with others that were going through/ went through what was happening to me at that moment helped get me through. What I wish all new quitters understood is that there is no accurate time frame for when the 'craves' go away. It is different for everyone but they are manageable if you just stick with it they become a whisper of a memory.
  9. The whole Battle of the Bastards... that was shot beautifully. Oh and of course Ramsay's death... completely satisfying.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
