We just got a new puppy. We spent a while trying to figure out what kind to get. We wanted to adopt one, however in searching, we could not find one that was hypoallergenic that was available and my daughter is very allergic. It also had to be a small dog. So, we have been very busy looking and finally found the perfect one. It is a cross between a Shih Tzu and Poodle called a "Shih-poo". She is adorable. She is so cuddly and playful and my kids love her. The only thing is she cries at night and it breaks my heart. I hope it does not take long for that to stop. I will post a picture soon.

Hello, my name is Lynn. I smoked for 30 years and attempted to quit many times. I am in my final, sticky quit this time and feel great. I have made many healthy changes in my life since my quit and plan to continuing this healthy lifestyle. Thanks for the invite and I am glad that this board has been started. "you have come a long way- baby" Great job Jenny. Sounds like you have made so many positive changes. When I smoked, I got pneumonia yearly also. It was horrible. I have not got it since either. Life is so much better as a non-smoker.
