  2. I've just mixed up a concoction comprising of: Cottage cheese Tuna shredded cabbage chopped up carrots A bit of mayonnaise My sister told me about it but I haven't tried it yet.
  3. Mine does also but I rationalise it by thinking that there will always be smokers around so it's a hindrance early days but not an insurmountable one. It's just an aspect of quitting that has to be recognised and dealt with. I saw a chap earlier today buy some cigs then light one up as soon as he was in his van. Looking at him I felt clean and lucky that I've kicked that evil stuff into my personal bin of history. As the days go buy you'll feel fitter, fresher and very proud as the smoke free time passes. Our bodies have been conned into thinking that smoking is a pleasure whereas it's just an addiction, like being addicted to glue sniffing. That's not a pleasure is it? If I can do it, any one can because I was a dedicated poisoner of my body but no more. I'm free now!
  4. If you feel sneezy or itchy, take one of these.

  6. Anyone else live in a house of smokers? I get them for Mrs boosh and am often with her when she's smoking merrily away. It doesn't make the quit harder because I took the view that I will find myself in lots of smoky situations and it's simply not feasible to avoid them all, I'd be running forever. No, I want to laugh in the face of a ciggy box with no temptation to have one. I'm winning.
  7. Honestly, once you get the hang of it, you can see them in less than a second.
  8. Bubbles is cool.
  9. Ok, how about a willy just for you 😀 And a 50's style raunchy lady (very tame)
  10. @Joe7 Nice one, took me a few seconds.
  11. Not just yet. Go a bit cross eyed, you may see it. Once you've got the knack, it's easy and quick.

  14. Remember magic eye pics? It took me a while to get the hang of it again. They just suddenly work after a while of staring. £1,000,000 prize for the first correct answer, payable tomorrow.
  15. This may come as a surprise to those of you not living in Las Vegas, but there are more Catholic Churches than casinos (in Vegas). Not surprisingly, some worshippers at Sunday Services will give casino chips rather than cash when the basket is passed. Since they get chips from many different casinos, the churches have devised a method to collect the offerings. The churches send all their collected chips to a nearby Franciscan monastery for sorting. Then the chips are taken to the casinos of origin and cashed in. This is done by the chip monks.

We must all post as much as possible because there's nothing worse than a tumbleweed forum. I've been on a couple (not quit ones) where you post something and if you're lucky you may get one or two replies after a few days. Yah boo to that, forums need to breathe (apt for this one) and be as lively as possible.
  17. This place is almost as good as a bacon sandwich.............almost.
