  18. Hi Michelle, glad the chantix is working so well for you. I still get the occasional crave but the difference now is it's so weak it's more of just a thought than a crave. You'll see that the longer you stay quit the easier staying quit becomes. We do recommend staying close for a full year and maybe even taking the One Year Pledge to help you get past most of the triggers that will come up as we go through all the various seasons and holidays. You are doing great, if you get a bad craving though PLEASE come here and post so we can help you past it. There's no reason to have to or want to, keep doing those first few weeks over and over again. You're worth more than that!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
