It must be the lack of new programming because we're getting so many new to us programs from Australia. We have Married at first site Australia, we have an outback corona survival series, we have another show about survival with Bear grils. Then we have Crikey it's the Erwins. Oh and a new one I'm just seeing tonight called Grand Designs set in Melbourne. I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple but I think of our booby bird every time I watch one @notsmokinjo, is this part of your world domination plot?

@Linda, if you're using NRT's I suggest using them as recommended which I believe is a step down plan over three months. I know a lot of people are able to get off the patches sooner than that but the most important thing is keeping the quit and if that means you need them longer so be it to keep your quit
