  1. Yay @Mac#23, Congratulations on one year quit you old pharte and welcome to the lido deck! Its been awesome going on your journey with you. You have provided so much support along the way that at times it was hard to believe you were a newbie I hope you have a great day and celebrate this HUGE achievement
  2. Wondering why I'm still watching this stupid movie other than the fact that there is absolutely nothing else worth watching on.......but still, is that a good enough reason?
  3. Yay Linda, so happy for you. Thank you for checking in Ps. I hope tomorrow is better for you and hopefully today wasn't as bad as yesterday...
  4. 10. Use on hands to remove grease and oil A ribbon
  5. The mental game is probably the hardest part of the entire quit process @Gus, we've all had to deal with it to one extreme or another. Mine lasted quite a while and I found what helped me was the Social forums. We have a great assortment of silly games to help keep your mind busy and still stay close to your support. We have joke threads, music threads, we even have a fun thread for our @Mac#23 one year anniversary tomorrow. Looking up stuff to add to any of those forums is a great way to pass time and busy the brain. And if none of that works then maybe just go to bed early and put an end to the day. I know I did on many occasions. And tomorrow was almost always better Happy Easter to you too
  6. @Linda, you've got all these replies from people who care so can you at least let us know how you are doing?
  7. Wishing I had a chocolate Moon Pie right now....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
