  20. Well after 44 minutes on the phone with Verizon I am now a smartphone user. Well, I will be by the 31st. Just have to wait for a backordered phone. Not real happy about the increase in the bill but had to stay on Verizon for now since I have two phone lines on it, one my husband's business cell.

  23. You're doing great @Kris, we smoked for a long time so we have to expect to have craves for quite a while after we quit. But as you've seen many times, each time we beat one it makes the next one easier

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
