  1. @intoxicated yoda, mine are 10mg THC and 5mg CBN. 30mg sounds like a lot, the most I ever do is 10mg at A time. Its just enough to take the edge off to sleep soundly
  2. @intoxicated yoda, I don't know if CBN is legal in your state but if it is, even if you have to get it prescribed, I would try it. I tried it by accident when I bought the wrong gummys and man am I glad I did because when I recently had a bought of insomnia I took one and slept so good. I highly (pun intended) recommend them
  3. Welcome @Tokiea, quitting can be hard but it's doable, we're all proof of that. It's the addiction making you want to smoke. Just keep saying NOPE and it will get easier, I promise!

  7. @Leenyc3, please use all the support here to help you past the crave BEFORE you smoke. That's why we're here every day. Relapsing so easily leads me to believe you may not be ready to quit just yet? Do you still have cigarettes in your possession? If so, throw them away. When I quit, I failed to empty all the ashtrays and proceeded to smoke all the butts throughout the day so that my quit time instead of 5:00 pm ended up being 10:00 pm, We addicts just can't have that temptation around if we want to succeed.............
