  20. Sorry to read about your relapse Linda, but great to see your speedy return to the train. Stick to the plan of the patches, and discuss any anxieties here with us. You will get there, I can tell you really want this. The early days are tough, but if you just dig those heels in and refuse to smoke,, no matter what, before you know it, a couple of months have passed and your doing it, then all of a sudden, things change for the better, and you get to a place where you really don’t want to smoke no matter how down you feel, it just feels better to have a nice treat , or go for a walk in the fresh air, to clear your head. Have faith in yourself, you CAN do it, and you will look back and wonder how you ever smoked!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
