  2. After trying to quit for 50 yrs plus And trying every quit known to man My honest advice is just make that decision never to smoke again And stick to it … no matter what . Yes it hurts for a while .. actually it sucks But when the magic happens … it’s amazin Freedom is the best 🐸

I can so relate , I smoked 52 years, my body went bananas when I quit I fought , with everything I had , I wanted to be a non smoker so bad I stayed on the forum 24/7 I soaked up all the help and information I could get Of course it was hard .. so dam hard But I fought for my freedom Now look … I come here everyday and talk smoking , do I want one … never Once you reach that freedom place it’s the best feeling in the world , You can do it I’m not special .. I just didn’t smoke 🐸

  6. Patches, lozenges, and still smoking Is not good , you can overdose with Nicotine . There is no magic fix … You have to work through the withdrawals You need to make a date and stick to it Try being here 24/7 I was at the beginning You can do it again 🐸
