Yaaa 6 months ...I've sent you a hunk for each of those months ,you have fought tooth and nail to keep your Quit .. Half a year smoke free...wishing the next 6 are much easier for you ... Reward yourself well...you have so earned it ...xx

I agree ...little at a time ....it's all about life changes ...not just a rush fast weight loss...which almost end in putting back on the weight what you have lost ..

If you suffer from anxiety ...please try Qi Gong...I swear by it .... There are all levels to follow on You Tube ...it's so relaxing and easier than yoga ,if you have bone and joint issues .....this is for you .... Try the beginners class....fabulous ....
