You have a great 2 months Quit ..... But it's still early days ...of course smoking is going to be in your mind sometimes ... You get get thoughts ...it's what you do with those thoughts .... They are part of the healing process.....it does get easier ....be kind to yourself ...don't forget the rewards ... They are very important ....

AK....we will be here ...when you are ready to take your own life seriously .... Once you have distroyed your lungs ...there is NO going back .... We can only give you the tools .....you have to do the work .... Knowing what you have learned here and Allen Carr....I would imagine it would be hard to go back to smoking without thinking differently.... I wish you well...
