  1. Thanks a lot for the support. Everything is easier, it is getting better, I am grateful for your words, support, for the existence of this site for the much information it provides us. thank you
  2. One month non-smoker
  3. Last night I had an indescribable crisis, somehow I felt sadness, evening, peace, silence, and I missed a cigar so much. Of course I endured, today everything is normal. But I don't like moments like this.
  4. I'm a fitness trainer, and it's embarrassing to be smoker. I love that I no longer hide to smoke quickly, I love mine smell now, the more I nurture, the healthy life I take, the more power I have, I love being very proud when I say * I don't smoke*
  5. Thanks buddies a lot. Your words are immensely important to me. We've all been through this, you know what the beginning is. I did not expect this kind of support. I searched for sites, groups, and by chance I came across a comment on a forum where this site was mentioned, that it was great group, great support, and like that. Now I see why. Thanks, you are great ❤
  6. Thank you all. I see that here I can found help and support
  7. Thanks for support. Everything here helps me a lot. This is my third time stopping smoking. But now I will not give up.
  8. Thanks a lot Thanks a lot
  9. Thanks for support, it means a lot. NOPE
  10. Hello, I am new here. This is my third time of quiting smoke, and I hope the last. I read book Allen Carr and visits to this type of sites help me to fight. I have been smoking for 30 years, with a few breaks. But now I really want to break forever. Today is my 14th day. Regards to all

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
