Watched The Eurovision Contest on Netflix last night .....Brilliant and funny.....

This is only the beginning too Nana...the benefits keep on coming ... The first thing I noticed was ...That horrible thick creamy coating on my tongue had disappeared ... I actually found out my tongue was a nice clean pink healthy looking thing ... I was very proud of this new finding ... Since smoking from the tender young age of 11 ....and smoked 52 years ....I never imaging this is what a tongue should look like ...

Well done Michelle ....you kicked this addictions butt ... Stay focused on the prize ....some things are well worth fighting for ....

Hello and welcome ....Smoking effects all your body ....you should be scared .!!!!! Stay around and read some of the horror stories here.... My Hubby passed away last year due to severe Emphysema..... This is something you definitely don't want .... Now time to lose in quitting ...your body starts to heal from day one .... Well.....been to the Hairdresser's today ....I wouldn't say if was the nice pamper experience it used to be... I was masked ....both him and the lady who washes ...were masked up and wore a visor....She was cleaning non stop every where I went ..ready for the next person .,two people allowed in the shop.... I was happy to get home again ...safe in my little bubble ... I booked another trip there in 5 weeks time .....

Right from day one ....you took me under your guidance ...you were then ,and you still are my fabulous Fairy Godmother ...
