Sue, If you just had a word with your family and tried to explain you are really doing your best to quit,and have joined a support group, Hopefully they will show their support.... I don't have this problem as tony carnt smoke ....... But there are some on here who partners still do...... This quit is about you....what you really want....... Try and stay as close to the board while he is home as much as you can..... You may surprise yourself...... Hugs Doreen

I will not smoke today

For me, It was believing I needed it to get me through all the events life throws at you..... It helps,it calms....it relaxes......all lies....... I'm managing to do all those things without nicotine.....

After smoking 50 year plus....I didn't do anything without my cig reward..... I now do most of them things without thinking of cigs at all.... Great post Markus......

Aw Colleen ,I loved that....so cute.....thank you.....a little taste of things to come.... She carnt come home until she weighs what she supposed too. I sat with her giving cuddles.....wrapped in a blanket...... How these people live with themselves.....god knows...... I don't normally do angry.....but I was this morning..... Xxxxx

The shelter rang me this morning,they wanted a word with me..... When I got there ,I was led into a back room ,not the one animals are on display.... I was shown a 4 month old she kitty,who was in need of some serious t.l.c.... she had been found 3days before tied to the gates in a bag,and was very undernourished..... I was asked did I want her.....was she kidding.....I paid for her there and then,.... She can come home ,when she is cleared by the vet..... Maybe this was meant to be...... Any way now we have rescued 2 kitty's instead on 1 ...... She is black and all chest ,except for a black spot under the chin..... She now has a name card.....dottie is sold ......
