Welcome Sumanth! So happy you have decided to quit at such a young age!!!!! I didn't switch a habit for a habit - I did better at looking at smoking as an addiction. Education about this addiction, mindset, commitment and joining a quit smoking forum were key in achieving my sticky quit.
