    That is so sad. I think a positive is so many animals being rescued. Finding new forever homes where they are being loved. I think there is nothing more calming than the unconditional love that our animals give to us so freely. Whether it be listening to them purr, or getting a look that can melt your heart, or the silly things they do that make us smile or laugh, or cuddling with us for hours. It's a win-win situation for the animals and their new family.
