  1. Hi, Sarah! Of course you know enough to keep your quit...you know not to put something in your mouth and set it on fire. You know Not One Puff Ever. You know you are a puff away from a pack a day. My theory is that just like other things in life, some people are planners and feel they need a plan to be successful. I am like that...I like a plan for everything. Other people are more spontaneous, sounds like you are one of those people. Neither way is right or wrong...it is just how we are!
  2. Sue, seven months is fabulous!! So glad you got through last weekend and came out stronger on the other side!
  3. I will not smoke, today.
  4. Jen, a whole year!!! That is fabulous!
  5. Beth, I am so grateful to have the opportunity to learn from you...

Oh, Rachael...this happens to me almost every time. So sorry they did not take time to explain. Please believe me, it is probably nothing. The health professionals are so used to it that they do not take the time to think about how they make us feel...and that we have no frame of reference to understand what they are saying. I am willing to bet it is a very simple procedure, and the result will be fine...that is how it has always worked out for me.
  9. Prayers going up for all...unbelievable how many links...

Nothing kinky....Bakon just always says he does not like cats because they poop in a box...

  16. Wonderful news, Jimmy!
  17. Good one, WYE! Anybody else?
  18. Oh, I forgot your hug (((Sarah)))
  19. Oh, Sarah...so very sorry you have to go through this...but many of us had similar experiences. As others have mentioned, quitting is a roller coaster, but you can do this! (and crying is perfectly acceptable!)
  20. Thanks for checking in, Amy...I hope you will be back with us and quit very soon. It is hard not to smoke because we are addicted to nicotine. However, it also easy to quit...just commit to Not One Puff Ever...and deal with triggers and cravings as they come. A true crave only lasts 3-5 minutes, and you can stand anything for that long!
  21. Excellent point, Tommy! MQ?
  22. Nancy replied to Tink's topic in Games
    Nachos
  23. So, what's the latest on your eyebrows, Soozie? And I agree with you, and thread on handy tips and tricks would be fun...so why not use this one? Handy tip: Separate bananas and they will not ripen as quickly. Who's next?
