Yeah, only if you hang on to your quit though. When you choose to light up again, it only gets worse!

  16. Yes, I hope you get some "chill time" toward the end of this week. You deserve it having battled the early stages of quitting. You are also correct in just trying to manage one miracle at a time - lol. I can relate to that for sure I figured I would tackle the quit smoking thing first because, if I was successful at that ........... I could probably handle most other stuff later I figured if I can improve my quality of life, maybe I would be more motivated to improve other aspects of my life - we'll see. It's a work in progress!
  17. Good to see you back PP! (Ha, Ha .... I love saying Pee Pee )

  20. T2B, you have identified your "major trigger" so you know when you need to really put your commitment into gear, at least in the early stages of your quit. I don't know your situation but I do know that life never stays the same! Things change and can do quite unexpectedly and very dramatically. It did for us ( me & the wifey) this year (I won't go into details). You need to focus your commitment on YOUR long game. You and only you will be with you for the rest of your life. Make that life the very best quality you can and do it NOW! Everything else will change as life goes on but you can control your own quality of life going forward
