Lessons learned from Doreen's life and all QTrains testimonies help to keep me quit. There is no doubt that to some degree, damage has been done. I won't be surprised if I have to really pay for my addiction down the road. The fact that my second hand smoke drifted into my daughter's lungs is a horrible truth. The only sliver lining is that I stopped perpetuating the damage and for that I am grateful.
