  1. Below are excerpts from an article in The Financial Express and sound just like what Big Tobacco got away with for years. Most e-cigarette labels wrong about nicotine content "Researchers at North Dakota State University, Fargo, found that 51 percent of labels on e-cigarette liquid nicotine containers from 16 North Dakota stores don’t accurately reflect the levels of nicotine found in the products. In one instance, actual nicotine levels were 172 percent higher than labeled. The majority of e-cigarette liquid containers also did not provide child-resistant packaging. The study examined products purchased from North Dakota retail stores selling e-cigarettes, but not required to have a tobacco retail license. The research team noted that 23 e-liquid containers claimed to have no nicotine, but 43 percent did, in fact, contain nicotine."

  22. Some quitters may have trouble with the never/ever part of NOPE (Not One Puff Ever). To tell you the truth, in the nascence of my quit, I bluffed my way through never/ever land. I remember Cristobal and Stuart qualifying never/ever with the caveat, 'just for today' and that was the truth too, it is just about here and now. As days and weeks passed, I absorbed the truth about addiction. Once I clearly understood addiction is forever and the brain's neuro pathways immediately re-connect to addiction after one puff, I embraced never/ever/forever. If addiction was in my brain for the long haul, well dammit...I was too and I was going to Win ! I want to include our friend, Joel Spitzer's video (and a link to resources) about this subject. He uses the phrase, 'Never Take Another Puff' as we use Not One Puff Ever Never Take Another Puff (resources) and the video

  24. C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S ! SanDar on your TWO beautiful years of F R E E D O M Remember This ? Freedom! Posted by SanDar, 25 July 2014 · July 24, 2014 I put down that last nasty, awful cig and said to myself "No more!". I have been taking Chantix, and it is working. I had not planned to quit that day, but could not stand smoking for another day! Now here it is July 25th, and I'm smoke-free!I cannot possibly do this again so I just know this is going to be my final quit. I'm glad to have found this Quit Train forum :) Oh, and my coffee really tastes like coffee today :)
