I forgot about enchiladas. There were great Mexican food trucks or Honduran food trucks here after Katrina but, they're pretty much all gone now. 11

11 dilly carrot soup, nice and creamy and Spanikopita is what I had. Watermelon in a while. if I knew you were coming....I would have added a nice piece of fish spanked with a bit of garlic and lemon
