Day one is where every successful quit begins. A rough day here and there early in the process for a lifetime of freedom is a great deal. You will see a return on investment from those uncomfortable moments in the early days that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Quitting is one of the best things you will ever do for yourself. You just have to commit to doing it.

Which one? When I signed up, there were about 18 ladies named Jen on this forum. Doreen has a reserved seat in my canoe. She did seem a bit disappointed when I explained what a "bang plate" is though.

The idiot may actually have a point here. I'm not surprised Bakon hasn't won the day recently. In fact, I'm more baffled by how he ever won a day to begin with. However, I too am looking at a long drought without any days won. I last "won the day" on January 28. I mean....seriously? I offer up sage advice. I tell dirty jokes.
