  6. OMG! Thank you, everyone! It's the best Birthday in a long time, mostly due to the fact that I'm smoke-free. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  14. Dancer, you're going through the hardest days. It will get better, I promise you. Chin up and keep yourself busy!
  15. Yeah. It doesn't matter if it was close or not so much. You stayed smoke-free and you won. It will make you stronger.
  16. NOPE for me. And I'm fine with that.
  17. Thank you! I know why they call it the 'Hell Week'. Cause the second one can't be called that, it's too easy :D
  18. August 4th is almost over, but it was NOPE for me. I even forgot to think about smoking, lol.
  19. Keep this somewhere near. Cause after some time we tend to forget why we wanted to quit and what we felt while being smokers. Glad that you saved your quit, but those ****zepams are nasty stuff too...
  20. Susana, just breath in for a minute and think about this carefully. Do you really really need it? What do you think will it bring? Awful taste in the mouth, stink on your clothes and hair and reinforced addiction, which will call you whenever it likes and you'll run to it again. Do not return to slavery. Be free. Enjoy fresh air and tasty food. Take a shower. You didn't come this far to throw it all away. Try to remember why you wanted to quit. All that bad stuff will return with the first puff you'll take.
