  1. Oh, Evelyn. Sometimes it comes back and it can be rather hard. Are you noticing the positive changes in your body? Stronger senses, clearer breathing, better sleep? I try to focus on these things when someone inside my head offers me a cig :)

  17. Good job, SanDar. Yeah, we can't runaway from all the stress in our lives. Even being born is stress to us, lol :D We just need to face those situations as non-smokers, who we already are.
  18. Hey, Roland! It's a wonderful decision on your side. To my mind two things are very important at the early stages of the quit: education (read as much as you can about all the processes after nicotine leaves your body) and positive attitude (with your quit you don't lose anything, just gaining a lot of wonderful sensations and you health back). Stay positive, stay free and post here if you hit the rough patch. Welcome!
