  1. Congrats on 18 months that is huge!
  2. You are going to have so much fun - if you decide to deviate and take a long road trip via rental car come see me and DD - otherwise I guess you just have to plan on taking another trip to the south!!
  3. Congrats Jess you are an amazing woman and I am extremely proud of you for facing the adversity you have the last 6 months while at the same time holding on to your quit - not many would have been able to endure such things without breaking - well done - it is a perfect day to celebrate and you certainly deserve it.
  4. That is amazing Jersey!! Congrats you deserve it - I can't wait to get where you are - guess I will be chasing you forever though ;)
  5. Welcome aboard Red - congrats on a life changing decision - there is an unlimited amount of support, encouragement and information on this board. If you can't find something let us know and we will point you in the right direction. Post often and get involved - it certainly has made easier for many of us to be non-smokers..
  6. I am from NY/NJ where you played outside and when the street lights came on it meant go home for dinner instead of mom yelling -otherwise you would be hit with the closest object when you finally did get home. Side note - I am 40 years old and still do not curse in front of my Mother out of respect. Go figure!!
  7. pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis OK so just fyi this has officially been identified as the longest word in the English language - it is also a type of Lung Disease - go figure!!
  8. antidisestablishmentarianism
  9. Congrats on 1 month that is a great accomplishment! Keep it going.
  10. Congrats on 1 month down - well done!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
